Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, high-demand periods, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

  • Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes — we offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. You can pay in cash at the time of delivery. COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location. A nominal COD handling fee may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festive-season volume, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience, and our team is always here to help if your order is delayed.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at baskaamka4u@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
