Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch.

2. Do you ship across India?

 Yes, we deliver across India. We don't offer international shipping yet.

3. How do I track my order?

You'll get an SMS/email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Payment

1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on most pin codes across India, confirmed at checkout.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD.

3. Is online payment safe?

Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

Orders & Returns

1. Can I return a product?

Yes. If your return is approved, our supplier arranges a pickup from your address. Returns must be requested and approved first.

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we'll sort it out.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible — we can help before the order is dispatched.

1. Are your products good quality?

Every product is checked before it reaches you. If it's not useful and reliable, we don't sell it.
